Circle.so video upload not supported by Zapier

Testing out Zapier with the free version - I record a Zoom meeting. Dropbox automatically copies the video and chat files, creating a new folder each time with 2 or 3 files. I want to automatically post one of those video files to my circle.so community. I quickly reviewed some Zapier support articles that suggest this is not possible. Can Zapier do this?  Thanks.

BigCommerce error: The app returned "Missing Required Fields”.

Trying to set up When Ticket is created in Ticket Tailor, Create product in Bigcommerce. The test webhook is working, but when I try to se the Action to “Create Product in BigCommerce”… it keeps telling me that “Bigcommerce:Missing Required Fields”. I have filled in all fields that say Required. What am I doing wrong? I’ve never been able to get Zapier to work correctly. I was hoping this could be the first.

HubSpot contact was created, but there was no information in the fields.

I tried creating a zap with the trigger event from MOJO dialer and an action in HUBSPOT. The triggering event was when a new contact is created in MOJO, create a new contact in HUBSPOT.I tested and published the zap.I went to MOJO to create a new contact so I could test out the zap.I checked HUBSPOT and a contact WAS created but there was NO information in any of the fields.How can I resolve this issue?

I have a zap which has an error. So I go to the editor of the action step. I go through the below process. But it doesn’t save the edit.Now this is how I go…click blue edit zap button click white “send email...” step scroll down zap to this place click blue edit zap button click blue replace button returns with the old version

Zendesk error: The app returned"SoftTimeLimitExceeded()"

We have several Zaps that use Zendesk as a trigger. The event is “New ticket”Some of these Zaps have been working without fault for 2 years, however, this week we have started seeing an issue with some of these zaps.The issue results in the Zaps being switched off automatically and returning the error message below: Step 1 - New Ticket in ZendeskSoftTimeLimitExceeded() Has anyone seen this error message before or knows how we can resolve this error?

Openphone to Airtable Recording Incoming Messages

Hello, I have been having trouble recording phone number info from open when receiving incoming messages. The phone number doesn’t transfer over properly, making it difficult to pull up someone’s record id. When I collect outgoing messages, the phone data is formatted correctly. I also don’t want the record to collect my number but the numbers from the received text. How can I account for group chats? Having multiple numbers in one field also makes it difficult to collect record ids. Thank you

Freshdesk to Notion Zap is creating new page instead of updating the existing one.

hello. here’s my scenario.When I try to update my freshdesk case. I would expect that the existing notion page should just be updated. However, it creates a new page in notion.  is there any way, that when we update the freshdesk case - it will just update the existing page in notion on the same freshdesk ID/page?

Hello,Looking to get some help regarding pulling Contact information out of a Hupspot Deal. We setup our first zap to grab the deal information, then we setup a Find Association to get the contact, then we try to find the contact, but we get an error each time.  Any help here would be appreciated.

Hi there,I am using LinkedIn ads as a trigger and no matter what action I choose, I always get the error “While requesting "dev_method" from LinkedIn Ads we ran into an error: Cannot convert undefined or null to object”.Could anyone help me? Support just asked me to wait and I have been waiting since Sunday. Actions tested:Create organisation in Pipedrive Sending slack message without using any fields from the LinkedIn Ads DelayAll led to the same errors.   Can anyone provide some guidance please? Thanks.

New test lead records from LinkedIn taking over an hour to be loaded

This post was split from the topic: Zapier Tables won't load new test dataI had this same issue just this morning so I don’t believe this issue is resolved… Took me over an hour to get my new records to show up despite multiple attempts.I was trying to test a lead form from LinkedIn. (using it as a trigger for an email response)Only old leads were coming through. Took well over an hour for all the attempts of my filling out my own lead form for them to all come piling in at once… Makes me really concerned about the timing on this for real leads. Also hard to test any email action that follows a trigger like that because you obviously want to test it to your own email, not a potential customers…

Trouble with integrating Apollo with Pipedrive: new contacts aren't creating as Leads

Hey everyone! I'm currently experiencing an issue with the connection between Apollo and Pipedrive. I want to transfer new contacts from Apollo to Pipedrive leads, but the problem is that while it works fine in testing mode, it doesn't seem to work in live conditions. I've tried waiting for 15-30 minutes, but it still doesn't work. My current subscription plan is Starter.Please help to wind the answer.My sequence of actions:1. Create Trigger in Apollo, test passed2. Find Organization in Pipedrive, search by name, if a search query doesn't match with the current list an organization will appear in Organizations in Pipedrive. Test passed — the organization appeared in Pipedrive.3. Find Person in Pipedrive, search by email, if a search query doesn't match with the current list a person will appear in People in Pipedrive. Test passed — the person appeared in Pipedrive.4. Include All Data From Formidable Form

I need to pass all data collected, not map individual fields. This gives us the flexibility to change the form and have all the data show. Formidable has a single key for all of the form data in a formatted way that is used when triggering an email. Why is this not passed to Zapier for use in Zaps? Its extremely time consuming to re-map all the fields whenever there is an update to the form.

ChatGPT Whisper transcription fails despite Zapier integration

Is there an issue with the Whisper functionality of ChatGPT currently? Right now when a file passes it says that it cannot transcribe audio but there is a transcription action still right now in zapier. https://zapier.com/apps/google-drive/integrations/openai

zap_meta_human_now: mm/dd/yy command not populating "Todays" date

I'm using the command zap_meta_human_now: mm/dd/yy hh:mmAM/PM to populate TODAY's date (that is equal to the time of creation that) to a file din Pardot. This is the command and mapped field:But in reality the out put date is populating the day prior. Why could that be happening?Here is on zap history that I can see was create on the 19 of October: But the value populated in the referred field for the 18 of October:  It's not close to mid night where the change of the day could have an impact on that. So any ideas on how to address this? Thank you!

Why is it that structured line items output from one step becomes comma separated as input to the next?

I have an action that reads data from a spreadsheet using Get Many Spreadsheet Rows (Advanced, output as Line Items)The rows output is structured as nested line items, with the row number as the parent node and columns as the children. When I use that input to the next step it comes in as one comma separated string. Is that expected?My work-around is to use the raw_rows output and then use several formatting steps to separate it into line items again and strip out the extra quote and bracket characters. I feel like my zap has 5 extra formatting steps that shouldn’t be necessary and it’s causing me to hit the API limit much faster than if the original format were preserved.Here is the output and then what comes in as input on the next action: rows output - line itemsrows input - comma separated

Failed to create a file in ezeep Blue printing

Hi all,  I want that all incomming mails to be printed automatically. I created Ezeep account, i tested and the printers working fine.  From zapier i get this massage: Failed to create a file in ezeep Blue printingThe app returned "400".I am new and this is my first zapp. The problem is that i can’t find somebody to help me. Is someone using this feature from Zapier ? Could help me ?I don’t know wich file needs to be created and why is not working, and most important, what need i to do…. :)

Drip error: The app returned "Custom field identified by '' has an invalid identifier (letters, numbers, and underscores only)

This is the error I am facing when trying to automate ManyChat details to Drip. Failed to create an update_subscriber_v2 in Drip The app returned "Custom field identified by '' has an invalid identifier (letters, numbers, and underscores only)".Even when I add another automation to remove the + symbol from the number that is generated in ManyChat (it won’t let me submit a number without a country code on ManyChat). Is there something that I am missing or is this a glitch?
