Constant Contact error: Cannot assign list memberships to email address in state unsubscribed

Hi - I am new to zapier and have been trying not to rip my eyeballs out. I have spent the past several days trying to get this seemingly very simple zap to work and get error message every time. I am trying to connect thrivecart to constant contact - when a specific product gets purchased, the customer’s email needs to get put onto a CC list. If it is a new customer, then a new contact needs to be made, but if they already exist, the contact just needs to be updated and added to the list. I realized I needed a multi-step zap for this so I upgraded from the free account and still am unable to make it go. The most recent hurdle I am getting is the error message reading: “ Failed to create a contact in Constant ContactCannot assign list memberships to email address in state unsubscribed”I don’t know how to fix this part… Here are screenshots… SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

Existing events not showing in dropdown on Add Attendees/s to Event in Google Calendar

I am trying to set up two different Zaps to add attendees to existing Google Calendar events, triggered off an Alchemer survey submission and ActiveCampaign tag update, respectively.I linked my Google account, but in both Zaps when I try to look up the event, it only shows a single recurring event, all of whose instances occurred in the past. Searching by the name of the event (or any name at all) does not produce any results.I have verified that the Google account is linked and it tested out okay. I tried using the Google event ID as suggested in this post, but it returned a “not found” error.What is going on??? Why is Zapier not showing any other events? Only one calendar event is shownAs you can see, all the instances of that event were in the past!

Facebook Leads Ads to Mailchimp: "Email address is not valid" error

HI,I had a Facebook Leads Ads campaign set up. Initially, I wanted to send the leads to my Google Sheet, but it turned out to be impossible. So, I decided to skip that step and opted to send the leads to Mailchimp instead. The email address I'm trying to use is always the lead's email, and I've carefully reviewed everything.I recently noticed that there might be a mapping issue, which is causing me some trouble. No matter what changes I make, I keep receiving an error message saying that the email address is not valid. If anyone can help me with this issue before I decide to cancel my account, I would greatly appreciate it.

Issue with moving files in Google Drive through Zapier - Works in test, fails when published.

Error When Testing ClickUp/Google Tables Zap ""You do not have access to this task"."

I am trying to use Zapier to send new rows added to a Google Table (not Sheet) to ClickUp. When I test my zap, I receive the following error:Failed to create a task in ClickUpThe app returned "You do not have access to this task".I can’t find any information on the task the Zap can’t access. I’ve looked through the history, and nothing is listed. I’ve hit a brick wall as far as troubleshooting is concerned, so any advice is welcome. Thanks in advance.

Mailchimp error: Resource Not Found - The requested resources could not be found.

Veyr new to all this technology so need some hand holding here. I’m hung up on ‘Tag’ when adding a new subscriber to MailChimp. I’m not sure what’s needed to be included there. I only want 3 pieces of information from my subscribers - First Name, Last Name and Email. That’s what I included in ‘Tag’ (see attached) but when I went to run my test, I recevied an error message (see attached). Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

My Zap isn't sending emails to the Sales Agent from Zapier Table.

Hello, I am collecting an application form on my website using Elementor forms, and sending the data to a Zapier Table to compile information on a customer. The entry is also being updated from other Zaps to pull information from other sources including Calendly. Meaning, this specific Zapier Table is pulling data from multiple streams.Once the new record in the table is complete, I want to send an email to the Sales Agent with all the customer information. The Sales Agent is added to the table via a Zap that uses fields from Calednly.However, when I choose the data field that corresponds to the Sales Agent’s email address, the email does not get sent. BUT, if I manually type in an email address, this Zap works. So I can confirm the Zap works but I need this Zap to be sent to a specific sales agent based on the field inputs in the Zapier Table. Can you please help me troubleshoot?You can see below that this Zap works and sends the email to “sirena@kaiara.com” but it does not send it to

Unable to map date string opt-out field to boolean CRM field using Zapier.

I am creating a Zap that gets data from a marketing lead collection app. The “opt out” field in this app is a date string. If the lead has opted out the field has text. If the lead has not opted out the field is empty.I need to take that data and update records in a CRM where the “opt out” field is a boolean value. I get data type errors when trying to force the date string into the boolean field.So, how do I translate “if the opt out string is empty set the CRM opt out value to false, else set the CRM opt out value to true” into a Zap that gets me what I need?

Hello, I have this question."Delay by Zapier" step is showing a "release_at" field with a timestamp but the "id" field is empty / not showing any data. Is it normal, I know the id of the deal and it showed in the record I choose but it’s not showed over there. See the picture. Thanks

Zap is adding data to all Google Sheets contained in Google Drive - even though specific ones are selected

I have several Zaps that are taking data from a FastField form submisson and adding it to a Google Sheet.Depending on a field from the FastField form submisson the zap puts the data into a specific Google sheet.Doing a ‘test’ on the Zap, this work perfectly.When actually running the Zap live the FastForm data gets added to every Google sheet that is on the Google Drive.Can anyone assist as to why this could be happening?

Stan Store New Customer - System.io email campaign and contact

Hi all! Brand new to Zapier here! I set up a Zap to connect a new customer that downloads a freebie from my Stan Store to be added to my email campaign that is on Systeme.io. However, I just realized it hasn’t been working and the leads I have been getting in Stan Store haven’t been made into contacts in my Systeme.io account so I’m not sure it they are actually signed up to receive my emails!  Would appreciate any and all help in what I could be doing wrong with my Zap I have set up. Lead Connector not adding Calendly contact to workflow

I am trying to connect Calendly to Lead Connector, so that:1. When someone books in a meeting on Calendly2. It adds a new contact on to Lead Connector3. This contact then gets added to a Workflow. Currently steps 1 and 2 are working however for step three it is adding a made up contact to the workflow rather than the same contact from steps 1 and 2. Could anyone advise how I fix this - it is like it has forgotten the contact for step 3. Thanks for your help.

Google Ads error: Failed to create a contact in Google Ads: Invalid value

This post was split from the topic: Google Ads error: Failed to create a contact in Google Ads: Invalid value at 'operation[0].create.user_identifiers[0], oneof field 'identifier; is already set. Cannot set 'hashed_phone_number'Does anyone have an opinion on which matching is best for this Google Ads list? I was previously using only email but I noticed that it only works if there’s an associated Google account. I have not changed it to name, country and zip matching. I have no way of knowing how many times Google was able to match a customer with emails so I’m just curious if anyone has any experience! PS. I was having the same issue as above and the AI troubleshooting feature really helped me figure this out. It’s awesome. My issue was that I was sending email and address info as the unique identifier, but you can only pick one or the other. This Zap setup is confusing as it should not allow you to enter anything in a field if the other field is already populated.

Hello, I have had a problem for a week now, my tiktok ads campaigns generate approximately 100 leads per day, which is linked to a google sheet using zapier, but I realize that not all the leads that appear in the tiktok ads arrive and I have a loss of 15-20% of leads and that is serious I need help please I am losing potential clients

Hubspot error: Required field "Role" (dropdown) is missing.

I am looking to have forms that are submitted in a Zapier interface form be duplicated and submitted to Hubspot. I have set up two versions where: 1. Form Submission Created in Zapier Interfaces → 2. Create Form Submission in HubSpot 1. Form Submission Created in Zapier Interfaces → 2. Create Record in Zapier Tables → 3. Create Form Submission in HubSpot I am able to get the Zapier form data to populate within the Zapier table, but keep running into errors when transferring the data across to Hubspot. The form data does not submit to Hubspot and I am also unable to get dropdown field data to populate at all. Please advise! Thank you in advance.

DocuSign "Create Signature Request" option missing in Zapier

Hi guys, I’m trying to create a automation that will create contract in Docusign, and populate all the perimeter that needs to be filled with the data from google sheet.  I remember for Docusign, it used to have an option under “Event” called “Create Signature Request”, but now I don’t see that option anymore. Any ideas on how to fix that?

Monday.com error: Cannot read property 'column_value ' of undefined

I currently have a Zap set up between Salesforce and Monday so that information for an Opportunity updates in Monday when a change happens in Salesforce. General flow of the Zap:a field on a Salesforce opportunity is updates it finds the matching ID in the Monday board and updates specific fields on the Monday board to match what was updated in SalesforceThis Zap runs successfully when the ID I am matching on is found in the Monday board. However, if a Salesforce Opportunity is updated that does not exist in the Monday board, the Zap throws an error. Not every Salesforce Opportunity is going to be listed in my Monday board but I also want the system to recognize that and have the Zap stop running (rather than throw an error) if it can not find the matching record in Monday. Otherwise, it is going to throw so many errors that Zapier will automatically turn off my Zap. I thought I set up the Zap accordingly (screenshots below) but I keep getting the following error when testing Step 5: F

Web Parser Returns incorrect Page Title

Hello, I am using a Zap to grab the title of a page and then append it to a document. Everything is set-up correctly, it all works, but the Page title in some cases is not correct. My Zap isn't pulling YouTube video tags into WordPress.

I am using a Zap that creates a new post on my Wordpress site when a Youtube video is saved to the Channel. Everything is working except the tags part. Part of what I would like the Post creation to do is pull the tags added in Youtube Studio into the Post so that I may automatically tag new posts with the appropriate tags in Wordpress. My example: I am uploading sports highlight clips to youtube and tagging the players #firstname, #lastname, #firstlast, and #playernumber as tags. Then in Wordpress I can automatically pull video posts into the players profile page without having to manually edit each new video posts that gets added. The issue is when I look at the record on the Test phase of the Zap, I don’t see a section for the Tags I am adding in Youtube.
