Issue with Paypro and Mailblue where sales not appearing on the desired list.

Problem resolved - i dont know how to delete this question Can somebody please help me: I think it's just a small thing that is not working. I want: a sale in Paypro (person) to be on a specific list in Mailblue. I have run zaps before, but it was some time ago. It is not working anymore. Connection with Paypro and Mailblue is checked and works. Please some advise here! Best regards,Tessa from the Netherlands

Optimizing Salesforce-Google Drive Integration for Multi-Opportunity Accounts

Hello everyone, I'm setting up a Zap to streamline our process whenever an Opportunity in Salesforce is marked as "Closed Won." The goal is to automatically create corresponding Google Drive folders named after each Opportunity and then store the links to these folders in a specific field called "Website" on the associated Account page (Salesforce).Currently, the Zap is functioning smoothly when there's only one Opportunity per Account. However, it encounters issues generating valid Google Drive links when there are multiple Opportunities for the same Account.  Thanks for your assistance.

Issue with Linear status changes

I created some Zaps that would notify me when a Linear ticket was updated and the status was “QA Review”. The problem is anytime a ticket is in QA Review and is changed (ie commented for example) it triggers the Zap. How do I get the Zap to only trigger when a ticket is moved to the status of “QA Review” ONLY and not for any other event on the issue ?I tried the filters, does not seem to work.

Zap pulls duplicate "Order" emails in Gmail, hindering unique call detection

I am having an issue finding the ability to lookup new and unique calls from my email address in Gmail. When I call the Zap to interact and search through my Gmail filtered “Order” status, it pulls emails even if they have already been set in a que. I am trying to setup a call to action when one worker submits an email, the automation begins and searches for the email that then filters out the unique parameters of the requirement. The only issue I am having is where. 1: The email sits within the box, and the zap finds the same email over and over again. I really don’t want to move the email from one filter to another, but this is my last resort. Thank you for your help on this.

Hi!Normally when we do create and publish a Zap it creates its own feed in GF.However, for the life of me this time it wont.The Zaps tests fine, but it just won’t create a feed no matter what I try.Can someone help?Thanks

Google Calendar Transfer Data - All Day Events have no Start Time or End Time

Hello,I had found a similar issue in the forums but with no resolution. (The All-day events not transferring to Bigin CRM post specifically, and there was no resolution that worked in the comments)I am trying to transfer some older appointments from Google Calendar to Google Sheets, I transferred a bunch of appointments over based on a start date filter of 12/31/2023. We only wanted appointments from 2024 to be added to a spreadsheet.The transfer data seemed to work well, but upon further inspection, no “All Day” events transferred from the calendar (historically)Real time events that are added or updated are added just fine.The issue is on the Transfer Data end.When I filter to find all of the All Day events from 2024, we have about 200+ of them, but all of the start / begin / end dates are empty.So I have to filter by the created or updated date, but that’s just the the appointment was added or updated on the calendar, not at all tied to the start / end date of the actuai appointment

Wispform data is not being sent correctly to Clickup

Hello! I have a Zap integrating Wispform and Clickup, where each new response in a Wispform form is sent to my Clickup CRM.  The issue is that the Zap is not functioning correctly in practice, even tough it seems correct inside Zapier and the tests are Ok. A bunch of data (lead name, lead email, lead website URL, etc.) is missing when it arrives in Clickup, such as shown in the pictures.   One weird issue seems to be that Zapier can’t fetch the most recent Wispform entries. The latest it can fetch is from November 2023, even tough I have had new entries today (April 11 2024):  Weird thing is that when I send a test from inside Zapier, it arrives correctly in Clickup, such as shown below, but in reality, it doesn’t work properly:  Please I need help to fix the issue.

Notion Database API Filters not working

There’s been a previous post on this that never got to a solution.I’ve set up an API request in Notion to retrieve records on a database, which works, but it retrieves the whole database and won’t filter anything. It comes up with a 200 code to say it’s worked but only with all the records :(

Constant Contact "Email Already Exists" error in Zapier.

I’ve created a Zap for a client that adds a contact to their Constant Contact account every time someone subscribes to the Squarespace form on their website. However, I have been regularly receiving an email with the following error message:“Validation failed: Email already exists for contact a2a772ea-f40b-11ed-9d04-fa163ec8ab78” There may be a very simple solution to this problem, but I’m not all that familiar with Zapier so I’m just not sure why this error is occurring.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Dropbox Upload converst all files into .txt automatically.

Hi everyone!I have a submit form, and there people can upload Name + 3 attachments (can be pdf, doc, png etc). Then I have a zap, which should transfer all attachments to our Dropbox. Here many issues start!Details: -Trigger: Form submission-zap 1: Create Dropbox folder as mentioned here: -zap 2: Upload File 1-zap 3: upload file 2-zap 4 upload file 3Issues:Theoretically I can upload all 3 attachments with 1 zap. It is possible to assign multiple files into the “file section” of the specific dropbox upload zap. BUT it always uploads only the first attachment. So I came to the conclusion to create a zap for each file 1-3.   The assignment of the file inside the dropbox zap is very strange. The available data from the form submission is about 40 options long. although my form as only about 9 different fields. I know that there is more data behind, some meta information like ID, Date and so on. But specifically for the file attachment there are many options which do not work (says: no dat

I can't update row in Google Sheets from Mysql

I can’t seem to make this work.  I have a field in my MYSQL table that puts a timestamp whenever anything in the record gets changed.  In step 2, I have tried  using the record ID as well as the record modified timestamp field as the lookup column.  The lookup value is the Dedupe Hash value.  Neither option works.  The google sheet never updates with changes to the MYSQL database.  Any help.  I reviewed a previous post from 6 months ago for the same issue, but no solution was given.  Can anyone help?

I have some errors with my Zapier since yesterday, the tasks are in held status. Do you know how I can solve this? It is a simple task, you capture a HubSpot contact and then generate an inbound email to another email to notify them.

My Tasks assigned from Google Spaces (or Google Docs) does not triggering Zapier

Any task added by through google chat space, assigned to me, and then showing in My Tasks does not trigger zapier. All Tasks added directly to My Tasks triggers Zapier fine.

tech support is appalling

The quality of the tech support I’ve received from this company is so incredibly poor. They don’t read your email, then kick the can down the road with the most obvious ‘answer’, usually a pointer to a page that is only glancing realted to your query or which the query already shows is not reelvant, after which you have to wait 24 hours. After several so-called fixes failed to correct the issue with my google sheets polling interval, I was finally punted to a manager--who ignored the entire backstory and suggested it was probably typefiorm error-=-when I had proven that with screenshots multiple times. After which I get to wait another 24 hours for the privilege of a non-response. Blame someone else, kick the can down the road, take zero responsibility, collect $$. Great business model!
