Intercom “Find or Create Company” action is not creating the Company

Hi there, Am wanting to setup integration from WP Forms in wordpress to send signup details in form to intercom. Create person and company. Currently it creates person, but no company. Anyone have any ideas here? The Zapier integration isnt working.Thanks,

Names/tasks are not added to ClickUp when a new MemberVault user is added to a product.

Hi, I have set up zap to create a ClickUp task when new MemberVault user is added to a product. Every time I run a test, it works and does not give any error. But names/tasks are not being added to ClickUp.Anyone can help? Thanks!

CRM not connecting to FB Lead Ads

Went through the process of connecting our lead ads to our third party CRM system through Zapier but when I go to set up the acts in Ads Manager, it says it is not connected. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Failed to fetch a lead from Facebook Lead Ads

Hi - I’m setting up a zap to create new ActiveCampaign contacts from Facebook Lead Ads - but I can’t get past the part of the setup where I test the Facebook lead ad trigger. All my info is set up correctly as far as I can see. I tried creating a test lead using the Facebook Lead Ads testing tool - and that seemed to work but then when I go back to testing it in the Zap, it won’t work. Screen shot attached.FYI I’ve sent in a help desk request but haven’t head back yet so thought to try the community!

Split values to columns in transform - doesn't get recognized in next step

Hello!So I have Data coming in from Apify, where all my values are in one singular field, separated by commas. I need the values to end up in separate columns in my Google Sheets. So I went with what I thought was a fairly straightforward process:I added a Formatter - Text - Split Text Action in between my Apify Trigger & Google Sheets Action. The formatter action looks like this: When running the test action, the results seem to be decent: But then, once I go into the next step, where I’m hoping to see 60 different items in the “Formatter” options when setting my Google Sheets columns, I’m still seeing the same value in the results as in the original Apify result - all of the values next to each other, with commas separating them: What am I doing wrong here? How can I properly split these values into different fields?

Is there a way for Zapier to let the user know that the GitHub authentication failed?

Hello, I have created a zap with GitHub and my app. I am able to receive data from GitHub when an issue is created. When i go to my zap history i am able to see the zap runs as Success message. in case of an issue in my API, I am able to see Stopped message due to error. The problem that I face is that I am not able to see any message at all in the history in case I have revoked permission to zapier app in my GitHub account and then create an issue. Is there a way for the user in zapier to know that the account authentication is not working and the user has to re-authenticate the GitHub account. How does the zapier user knows whether the accounts in the zap is having authentication issue?IM

Unexpected behavior on Zapier Homepage

I’m fairly new to this community (1 week now using Zapier) and encountered some glitch or bug while raising a support ticket.It says I have login but I was already logged in to account (check my profile icon on top right).I also tried using “Log In” button but it redirects to same page again and againNot sure if I’m missing something or there’s a different way to navigate the sameAttached screenshot for better understanding.

Subscribe a Stripe Customer to a product when customer in Stripe is created

Trying to subscribe a Customer to a Product using Zapier and Stripe. I am able to set a trigger in Zap for “New Customer in Stripe”, and I can create a Payment Link but no invoice or payment link is sent to the Customer. There is no action to subscribe the Customer into a Product or Subscription. Am I missing something?

First/Last Name missing in test data

Hi everyoneSo, I have a zap that should connect sender.net, manychat, and zapier.When I run a test zap, the data only captures the email address but not the first or last name. Is anyone else having this issue with the test run? It should be sending the data from manychat to sender.net when new subscriber gets added to manychat.

Discord Bot Error Code 50013

I am setting up a Zap that Triggers from a new row in Google Sheets → then finds a Discord user’s ID number → then assigns a role to that User’s ID number. I’ve almost nailed everything until I get to the final test and this error pops up:Failed to create a role in Discord“message”: “Missing Permissions”, “code”: 50013I booted the Zapier bot and re-added it back in and it still didn’t work. It has all the permissions it needs from what I can tell.

Pipedrive deals are intermittently coming across to Smartsheet/my Zap History

In Pipedrive I have a filter that is setup to show all deals that were updated yesterday. I have a Zap that takes these deals and then puts them into a sheet on Smartsheet.It works fine for about 90% of deals. The other 10% of deals do not show up on Smartsheet. I have double checked that the missing deals are in fact showing up on the filter. I have gone thru the Zap history and they are not showing up there though. There is nothing obviously in common between these deals that don’t transfer over.It seems to me that there may be an issue with Pipedrive/Zapier/Smartsheet integration, but I am really hoping I am wrong. Has anyone run into something similar or have any ideas?Thank you

Hi guys,I have a problem in Mageto 2 to Zoho integration.I’m trying to link sales orders with relating contacts, but when I try to add the “Update Related Module Entry” step, I can’t find Sales_Orders module in the dropdown. Someone can tell me why? I have already linked products to contacts, but I can’t link sales_orders to contacts. Regards.

How can I re-run Zaps when Facebook/Instagram picture URLs change?

Hi All, I am using a third party app, which retrieves data from SoMe and FB Pages. It works just fine, but Facebook and Instagram links to pictures are changing over time. Which makes the Zap to pictures unusable over time. Is it possible to add a feature, which updates the post (and all previous zaps) That will ensure that the Zap is retrieving the actual link, and if any adjustments has been to text is also updated, it will be transferred as well. It would be very helpful when integration SoMe into other apps. RegardsMick

Hello all - Appreciate the help here with something I am stuck on. I am trying to use tags when I am inserting new + updating current records in Monday. I have tried both with # and without. Why is my trigger not running automatically?

Hi community, I created multiple ‘trigger and action’ zaps on Zapier Trigger: Deal Matching Filter in PipeDrive             That is, Deal status on PipeDrive is changed to wonAction: Add Tag to Subscriber on Drip The test ran fine, but the trigger is not working irl. ‘Deal Matching Filter in PipeDrive’ → ‘Test Trigger’ is not pulling in new deals from PipeDrive. I had to choose from multiple deals, from the drop down option, and select one of them (Deal A, Deal B, etc.) manually for the zap to work  How can i make it work automatically?

Stopping Certain Form Submissions to Come to a Certain Email

Basically, I want the form submission on this page https://www.whoweplayfor.org/results to go to ecgresults@whoweplayfor.org and the form submission on this page https://www.whoweplayfor.org/contact to go to info@whoweplayfor.org.  My issue is that both form submissions go to info@whoweplayfor.org too. How do I fix that?

Zap putting name immediately after email address in Mailchimp

Hi there,I use Zapier in Clickfunnels to transfer the name of the person and their email to Mailchimp. The Zap puts the full name immediately after the email address, making the contact void when sending out a newsletter. Filters are not working when checking monday.com groups for specific email addresses

Hi,We need to divide messages received on Salesmsg (we have all emails there linked to phone numbers) based on which group on the Monday.com board that email address is in, and then notify two different Slack channels.For example, if the email of the person who sent a text in Salesmsg is in the group "Sales contacts", notification must arrive in one Slack channel, but if email is in the group "Product contacts", it should arrive in another channel.With using filter Monday.com colums, all are getting transformed to text, so it is not just email. There are other symbols too, and that is why "contains" and "exactly matches" filters don't work. What is the best solution here?

Google Sheet to Google Calendar : problem of event repeating itself many times

I created a Google Sheet with 3 columns : « start date », « end date » and « task ». I created a Zap, so whenever I add or modify a « start date », it sends an event in a Google Calendar. Problem is : one event, once is in the calendar, is sent numerous other times to the same date by the Zap. I end up having the same task like 12 times. Quite bothering! I think the Zap sends all events of the Sheet whenever I make a change. I want the Zap to send only the new or modified task, not all of them! Anyone can help? Thanks! Vincent
