assigning discord roles to twitch followers

Hello, I’ve been trying to make it where whenever someone in my discord server follows me, it says it in my general chat and then give the person a role. But everytime I test the discord part of it, it says that something went wrong. How do I make it check the person’s connections and add the follower role if they have the twitch account that just followed me?

order confirmation to sheets help

Hi, I am currently trying to create a zap that takes my order confirmation from Under Armour and converts the items purchased into rows on my Google sheet. I chose a larger order of 7 item to format on parser.zapier.com and got it to work perfectly. But then I tried sending a confirmation email with only 2 items ordered and it still created 7 rows on the sheet and weren’t filled in correctly like the first one was. If anyone could provide some help that would be great

Auto send invoice emails in QuickBooks

I cannot get the auto emails to send. My issue is similar to this customer, but the difference might be that he was using a new email.I think the issue is that the email I am using is the existing email for the customer.  I don’t want to change the email. I just want to use the same one and have the invoice sent immediately. Can you make it so that the email field is not required in Step 4? Or is there someone who can do this custom?

Zapier URL shortener links now send emails to spam/junk

We’ve been using Zapier’s URL shortener for a long time to squish down a URL to be sent out in an email. Now these emails are going to the junk folder (at least in Outlook)! I did a series of tests and only emails with zpr.io get sent to junk. My guess is that someone was using this tool and sending out spammy emails, those were getting marked as spam, and now email providers don’t trust any emails containing zpr.io Has anyone else been experiencing this?If this is true, this is a PSA and it would be great if Zapier could provide an alternative or customizable URL shortener. For my case it’s alright, I’m just going to wipe all URL shorteners from my Zaps that have emails and just have long, but trustworthy URLs.

All the Zap steps are missing after upgrading my plan.

So i make a step by step zap and zapier wont let it trigger live because i need to upgrade my account. I upgrade my account and turn on the zap and now all the steps are gone. Nothing in version history or trash...what gives

Has anyone had any issues zapping to Syncro. I can not complete a setup as I keep getting an 400 Error but all of the required fields are setup properly, and still no luck.

Hi How can I connect new account for Learndash running on a sub / multiple domain for Dev and testing.Learndash Test / dev environment only supports test.yourdomain  sub-domains for Dev and testing. When trying to add the account I get an error as per below.  Is there a way around this? Thank You

Is "Push to Zapier" function not stable with multiple connections?

Hello, I want to get some help from those who use “Push to Zapier” trigger in Slack for several connections. Background: I wanted to export a message and several elements of it to Google Spreadsheet with “Push to Zapier” function. (This was the only option AFAIK because I wanted to export messages from both private and public channels.) Plus, I wanted to use this function to be available to all my connections with Slack, so I duplicated a base zap I created into several ones to use them for several connections. I set up all the connections I have between Slack and Zapier, and all the zaps were successfully published and turned on. (In consequence, in my Home folder of Zapier, now I can see 10+ zaps that are basically the same except the accounts (connections) used for them.) Problem: After setting up several connections with duplicated zaps and turning all of them, I tried to use “Push to Zapier” function. However, a few of them get a message “Something went wrong with your pushed mess

I want to create a lead from my ninja form field even if the email is duplicate. Problem is it is providing an error for being duplicate. How can I bypass this?

Trouble Creating Zap to link Quickbooks Data with PandaDocs Template

My Boss has tasked me with connecting our Intuit Quickbooks invoices (and their product and billing info) with our PandaDoc template so that the data will appear on our custom invoice document. This is necessary because we must display lengthy terms and conditions on our invoices to customers. We also want to centralize and organize our invoices with QB, so that the data can be auto-filled into the PandaDoc Template for future transactions. I have built out the ZAP as shown in the attached screenshots, yet the ZAP does move or do anything with PandaDoc after I press New Invoice on Quickbooks. How do I remedy this?

Pulling OnceHub Date Time data into Ontraport

Request for Help with Zapier AutomationHello,I'm hoping to get some help with a Zapier automation I've been working on. I'm trying to connect OnceHub and Ontraport using Zapier, but I'm running into an issue with the time not being the same after the automation is published.I've tried different date-time formats, but the time still doesn't reflect correctly in Ontraport. For example, I booked a call for Monday 6th 2023, 3 PM EST in OnceHub, but it shows in Ontraport as Monday 6th 2023, 5 PM.I've been trying to troubleshoot the issue on my own, but I'm not having much luck. I'm hoping someone here can offer some advice or point me in the right direction.If you have any experience with connecting OnceHub and Ontraport through Zapier, or if you have any suggestions for how to resolve this time discrepancy, I would greatly appreciate your help.Thank you in advance for any assistance you can offer.

I am new to working in s3 and zapier. Unable to turn on similar Zaps

New to Zapier, but could not find an answer through my search, so turning to the network to hopefully get a resolution. I have set up two (2) Zaps in separate folders to transfer Facebook Leads to Gmail. The reason for two is that the client has two separate businesses that we manage Facebook Ads for and require the leads to be sent to each of the respective businesses. The challenge I am encountering is that I am only able to ‘turn on’ one of the Zaps at a time. Need to have both of these turned on always. Any help is appreciated.

Zapier integration for Typeform and Google Slides: Question import is weird

Hi, I’m trying out the Zapier integration between Typeform to Google Slides. I managed to get the data fields from the Google Slides, and now I’m trying to map it to the respective Typeform questions. I notice the import results in the Typeform questions being all over the place and hard to find. Is there a logic to how they are imported and what sequence?

Facebook Error: Status Code 400 Bad Request

From yesterday, One of my zap doesn’t work. I tried to fix this issue, so I changed Facebook ads instants form and test trigger, by the way it is not able to load lasted lead. I just tried to follow up your guideline, but I can’t solve this problem.

Hi, I recognize a similar question was posed here, but I did not understand the response. I have the File upload feature in my Typeform and it allows people to upload pictures from their desktop to Typeform. I also would like these same pictures to show up on my Google slides. Unfortunately, when I export to Google Slides, all I see is a URL: https://api.typeform.com/forms/... When I independently try to click on the url, I get: {"code":"AUTHENTICATION_FAILED","description":"Authentication credentials not found on the Request Headers"}Is there a straightforward way to transfer the pics?

Jira Software Cloud app connection failed

HiOur Jira Software Cloud app connection failed at some point in the last 24 hours. This caused some zaps to go into a held state. I just reconnected using the exact same Jira account credentials and it connected successfully and it seems the held zaps can be run now manually. Please advise what changed or what cause the break in the authorization? Or if there is any kind of audit log we can go through to get to the bottom of this?Thank youYatish

Trying to create account with Softr

I’ve been trying to implement a zap to create a new account with softr.  I’ve tried to use typeform as the form input, and also used google sheets. Here is the softr instructions: https://docs.softr.io/softr-api/tTFQ5vSAUozj5MsKixMH8C/use-case-adding-users-through-zapier/mhCMmdRcJL2UDsprwzFYuT So I created a video with what I did to set it up, but i’m still recieving a 401 error. api key or domain issue. I’ve regenerated the api key and tried that and it hasn’t worked. I’ve removed the www from the domain, and also tried using the softr subdomain and that doesn’t work either. When I test the softr-zapier connection it says it’s working as you can see in the my connections area of zapier: Something is preventing it from creating a new account on softr.  Here is a loom video of my process to create the zap. Any other ideas?:
