Google Sheets and Looping by Zapier randomly skipping different users sporadically

Hello! I’ve built a couple zaps using Google sheets, Close, Slack, looping by Zapier, and Digest by Zapier. Here’s the intended flow and a screenshot of the outline:Triggers once per day Looks up all users on a specific team from a Google sheet (one zap has about 8 users in the team, the other has 18) Loop through each user to pull a report on activity in Close, our CRM, for the day Add that activity to an excel spreadsheet row Add that activity to a digest by zapier On last loop, run a summary report for the whole team, then release the digest with each users activity + a summary report to a slack message. Everything is working quite nicely, but I can’t figure out why ~80% of the time 1-3 users get completely left out of the digest! I tried adding in a delay step of 1 minute between each loop, but that didn’t seem to fix the issue. It’s always a different user that gets left out, and sometimes they have lots of activity, sometimes none.When I look at the Zap history, I see all users a

GCal Start and end date not coming through

I am using Zap to create tasks in clickup.The calendar I'm using has events with start and end dates. which it appears during testing to work correctly. Once I run the Zap the event titles and descriptions come through but no start or end data has come through.

MailerLite error: The app returned "Requested filter(s) `status` are not allowed. Allowed filter(s) are `folder, enabled, name, group`.".

I received a notice that MailerLite for version 1.4.0 had been deprecated and I needed to migrate my zaps before April 7th. I went to migrate the first zap and am running into issues. I was able to connect to the ‘current’ MailerLite app but then when I try to populate the trigger for ‘Subscriber Completed Automation’ I'm getting an error:Unable to load choicesWe're having trouble loading 'Automation' data. The app returned "Requested filter(s) `status` are not allowed. Allowed filter(s) are `folder, enabled, name, group`.". How do I get my list of Automations to populate to select?

Twitter Gateway Error

I am attempting to create a tweet when my wordpress/Modern Events Calendar has a new event created.This worked previously, however, today I am getting an error when testing / attempting to Tweet the content “Gateway Error”.Appreciate any suggestions to fix this

Unable to load New Emails as trigger samples in Outlook for Parsing

When I am testing the zap to locate a new email in Outlook, the data pulled never includes the messages I want to set up for parsing and then it eventually tells me it can’t find any more messages.  There are four of them sitting right in my Inbox!!!

Teamtailor 401 error: authentication failed: The app returned "Request failed with status 401".

Teamtailor says everything is fine on their end with the API, but when I try to connect my Teamtailor account, I get the following: We hit an error adding your new accountauthentication failed: The app returned "Request failed with status 401".Make sure you click "Allow" or "Accept" on the permission popup Double check your Account has the correct permissions Check out our help docs for more informationI am the owner and admin of the account and Zapier API is set to admin read/write. Please help!

Zoho CRM error: Required field "Advertising Period" (string:::Advertising_Period) is missing. Required field "Billing Frequency" (string:::Billing_Frequency) is missing

Facebook Lead Ads Zap won't trigger for other forms when a specific form is selected in the trigger

I set up connection between FB lead form and google sheets. When same person from facebook gets into the lead form twice, the second time it doesn't get into the google sheets but it is tracked as lead on facebook.  How can i solve this?Thanks

Double event being created in Google Calendar instead of being updated

My zap runs great for when I put my info in google sheets it creates a perfect event in google calendar. However, if I go back an make an edit/change to any info in the google sheet, it will create a NEW event in google calendar instead of just updating it. How do I achieve this goal?

JoinbyText to Kajabi Zap not triggering and creating a contact in Kajabi

I have created my first Zap to take the name and email address from JoinbyText and then creating a contact in Kajabi.  The Zap tests fine, but when I use it in real life, not so much. (Yes, the Zap is published and turned on).  I feel like the zap does not get initiated on the JointoText side.  What should I do?

Due to an error, only some of your records were loaded: Error during execution, SoftTimeLimitExceeded, task time limit of 180s exceeded

I am trying to do a bulk transfer of records from Eventbrite onto Hubilo in order to register attendees for an event. There should be about 600 records to transfer but I seem to be unable to load more than 200 (if I am luckly) before it stops with a runtime error. I have not been able to load all of my records. I cannot figure out why this is occurring, I have tried it on multiple laptops and on different wifi. Is there a way to load them all and transfer my info? If not, is there any other way for me to get all of the records transferred?

Cannot publish Zap: Cannot unpause a Node that is of type transfer

Setting up a zap where I receive a facebook lead and then an automated SMS is sent through ring central. I was able to pull in data for the lead but didn’t want to test texting the so i tried the dummy data but when trying to publish I receive the error message: Cannot publish ZapCannot unpause a Node that is of type transfer.

Salesforce error: Could not find any records of "inscor_Repair_Order_Line_c" object: Salesforce returned a MALFORMED_QUERY.

GM All, I am new to the zapier world, and I recently picked up a project where we are using DocParser to automatically update records with a zapier flow to our salesforce. I’m using two find record actions on my flow for the necessary information in Salesforce which both pass testing, but in my fourth step using a SOQL to find the record we intend on updating, it errors on a malfunctioned query and does not pass. The query error is Failing to find record, I am confused because the ID #s both are found in prior steps, so I think that something must be wrong with my SOQL. Any suggestions would be appreciated, TIA!

Trigger New Mention event in threaded messages?

I assumed a New Mention event would trigger for any mention in any channel.But, in my testing, it does not appear to trigger for mentions in threads. Am I doing something wrong or do New Mention events not trigger in threads?

Trouble with Webhooks and Microsoft Excel: Excessive Webhooks triggered by new row placement

Hola, tengo un Zap donde cualquier fila actualizada o creada, me genera un webhook con ese cambio. Cuando la fila es atualizada, el zap esperfecto y se genera 1 webhook.Pero cuando el archivo excel genera un nuevo registro (fila), esta no se agrega al final, sino mas bien entre medio de otras filas, provocando el desplazamiento de las filas siguientes y por consiguente una actualización de miles de zap (Zapier cree que se “desplazamiento” de filas corresponde a una actualización masiva), siendo que solamente una fila fue agregada y no miles actualizadas. No tengo opciones de modificar dicho archivo Excel, solo espero hacer algo que pueda decirle a Zapier que solo genere 1 webhook y no miles debido a esta nueva fila (que repito, no se agrega al final, sino, entremedio de otras) ¿Aguna idea para rescatar solo la fila agregada y luego mandarla al webhook?

How do I remove coding from zaps from Google Calendar to Discord?

I am using event listings in Google calendar and creating Zaps in a Discord server channel. Sometimes it shows up great. Other times, it posts coding such as breaks <br> or <span>. Here is one example of the post created in calendar and how it showed up in Discord.

Trouble Connecting Circle and Constant Contact: Missing Fields and 'No Data Found' Error

Hi, i m  new Zapier user.  I am trying to set up a very basic zap that sees when we have a new user in our Circle account, and then sets up a new matching user in Constant Contact.i have set up a trigger and action, but when i run the test it says “No Data Found.” One thing i noticed is that when i go to map the data, many of the field names are gone or wrong.  not sure if this is related to the “no data found” message.Any thoughts about next steps?Thanks

New Lead in Social Intent doesn't trigger from duplicate emails

I am very new to this so likely done something stupid!  I have a conversion pop up on my Wix website which takes the email address and the Zap should take that email address and send it to Mailerlite, but it doesn’t - nothing happens. No idea what to do

Flodesk authentication error: No user found for email

Hi! I’m trying to create a Circle - Flodesk zap, I’ve had no problem with Circle, however every time I try and add my email and password when trying to connect to flodesk I am getting a message saying user not found. I am using the correct email and password so i’m not sure how to solve this. Please advise thank you.

I'm having trouble pulling data from main worksheet to lookup leads for a phone number in a separate worksheet

I have 1 main google sheet with 3 worksheets in side of it. The 2 main worksheets in this sheet are the master leads sheet and the positive replies sheet.What I am trying to do is any time a lead is placed in the positive replies sheet, I want to create a zap that can look up that lead in the master leads sheets section, so it can pull the main lead’s phone number from the main leads sheet and place it in the positive replies sheet, but when I try to set this up, Zapier is only pulling data from the positive replies sheet and won’t pull data from the main leads sheet. Any fix here?

Phone number is missing from parsed data in Email Parser trigger

Hi there. I have leads in my business that come in through emails. I’ve set up an email parser template that grabs the lead’s name, phone number, and email. I want to create a Zap using this and Twilio to automatically send a message to their phone number, but am having trouble. Pictured below is the action for Twilio. I want it to send to the phone number from the lead, but that data is not showing up on the list. How can I resolve, or better structure this process?

Email by Zapier: no email received on particular recipient address

I have a Email by Zapier action in the Zap https://zapier.com/editor/187797631/draft/187797632/fields,  that correctly sends emails to my personal address or even mailinator addresses, but not to a particular address, which is the first one in the screenshot We have checked the webmail and there are no messages from zapier, even in the spam folder. We have disabled spam filter in our hosting panel.Can it be that the email gets bounced? Or it is not even sent by zapier to that particular address?In the Zap history, it shows success, but i received the message only on one of the emails.
