Invalid date error when creating a new event in TeamUp when adding a new record in Airtable

I am trying to create a zap that will take a new record that has been added to Airtable and add it as an event in Teamup. I have followed all the instructions on the Teamup site for adding a formatter to make sure I get the correct date format, yet I still receive an invalid date error. If anyone could assist with this issue, it would be much appreciated.

Pipedrive deal search issue: "Find Deal" module returns incorrect despite existing Deal

Hello! Today was building ZAP: Webhook - Find Person in Pipedrive (by email) - Find Deal in Pipedrive (by Contact Person ID, ID is mapped from the Find Person module) is giving me false while the Deal is 100% exists in Pipedrive and I can find this deal by Title. Since seraching by Title is not 100% reliable, I would like to understand how come your Find Deal module stopped working with Contact Person ID? Screenshots attached.

Zapier not retrieving Hubspot Property Data

I am creating a zap to import orders from hubspot to workwave route manager once the client has confirmed and the deal stage in hubspot has been updated to “Scheduled In Progress.” The only trouble I’m having is that the custom property I made in hubspot called,“Service Address” is not completely showing up in zapier. The property name is but the data that is associated within it is not. I can’t figure it out. I have recreated the property and zap multiple times. I feel like this is a glitch.

Google Form to Lead Connector I want to update opportunity details from Google form submission to LeadConnector (Gohighlevel).However, I can’t find the opportunity detail’s field in Zapier. For example:I Can’t find field name “Interested Properties” and “Client Type” in Zapier.

Zapier could not connect to your account.

Hello, I'm trying to integrate Zapier with Firebase, but I'm getting the following error: "Zapier could not connect to your account.”Unable to verify that your connection has access to the Firebase/Firestore project". I've done everything, created new databases, added collections, I'm sure I put the right project ID.

Google Calendar events limited in Zapier: Unable to load more for Kajabi form connection

I have a zap that invites someone to a google calendar event when a form is submitted in my kajabi account. I have made many of these connections and they have all worked, until now. When I try to connect the Google event only three events are popping up and I don’t have the option to load more (it is greyed out) so the event I want to connect is not available. How can I load in more google events to choose from or what is the work around?

Instagram error: Domain did not match expected domain filter(s) `graph.instagram.com,graph.facebook.com`

I am trying to automate so that when I post on my Facebook page, it automatically posts the exact same thing on my Instagram profile.I keep getting this message and I’m not sure what to do:“Failed to create a http request in InstagramDomain did not match expected domain filter(s) `graph.instagram.com,graph.facebook.com`.”

Failed to create a contact in Brevo Error from halted execution: Add or Update Contact >> Error (400): Invalid phone number (invalid_parameter)

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting. Getting a Error 400 for the email/phone number. Troubleshoot says to have an action step with send in blue. But I don’t see that option available.Would appreciate help - a little stumped!Thank you!

Unable to Authenticate Nanonets OCR API in Zapier Integration

 I am having trouble setting up a Zap that integrates Google Drive with Nanonets OCR. The Nanonets OCR action is failing due to an authentication error. Here are the details:Issue: When testing the Nanonets OCR action, I receive the error: "Failed to create an OCR with file in Nanonets OCR. The app returned 'The request is missing a valid API key.'" Zap Configuration: Trigger: Google Drive - New File in Folder Action: Nanonets OCR - OCR with File Steps Taken: Connected Google Drive account successfully. Generated a new API key from Nanonets today. Entered the API key when connecting the Nanonets account in Zapier. Double-checked the API key for accuracy. Tried reconnecting the Nanonets account multiple times. Nanonets OCR Action Configuration: File: Mapped from Google Drive trigger Asynchronous Processing: No Tables Included: Yes Document Level Response: Yes Additional Information: I've verified that the API key works when testing directly with the Nanonets API. Are the tasks in ZAP that were stopped by the filter counted?

Zap receives 6 files via WebhookThat is, 6 zap is madeBut only one file passes through the filterAre the tasks in ZAP that were stopped by the filter counted?Only one Zap is successfulDo the 5 Zaps that were stopped by the filter have their tasks counted (the tasks before the filter)?  The Tasks located before the filter.   The 6 Zap created but only one is successful and the others are stopped due to the filter (inRunHistory)

Data Transfer from Bitrix24 to Slack

Hello Team,I have integrated Task and Project information sent from Bitrix24 to a Slack channel. There are many departments in the Bitrix24 platform, such as Implementation, SAP, Sales, and Developers. They create projects and respective tasks that are allocated to assigned persons. Each department's related tasks are displayed on the task and projects page. Employees of those departments use Slack and create channels for their respective departments. Therefore, each department has unique projects and tasks that are sent to Slack based on the project reflecting the respective channel.One more thing, I need to send notifications on Slack based on the responsible person. When sending the data, there is a responsible field, and based on that field, that person will receive a notification on Slack. I believe I did not see this option in the free trial account. Is it possible with the professional plan or other plans? If it is possible to integrate data from Bitrix24 to Slack, I will inform

Clockify to Google Calendar Zap: Events are displaying two hours earlier than local time

Hi friends!I have created a ZAP from Clockify time tracking program to Google Calendar. When a task finishes it inserts to GC the event with the correct duration.The problem is that the start time and end time are two hours earlier than my local time (GMT+2) in Clockify all the time stamps correctly reflect my local time. Clockify has passed the buck to Zappier to fix. What can i do? Thank you and have a good day!Susan Flamingo

Unable to change my desired date format for ActiveCampaign using Formatter by Zapier.

I want the date dd-mm-jjjj converted to mm-dd-jjjj for ActiveCampaign and nothing changed when I use the dateformat. the input date is exactly the same as the output date. This issue do I have for several months now.

Capsule CRM triggers intermittently

Hi All,I have a Zap which creates a new row in a DB when an Opportunity in Capsule CRM is added or moved to a particular stream.My trouble is that in some cases it doesn’t trigger and Im struggling to find out why. I have ensured all required fields are completed, but no trigger. I have checked and rechecked the logs and its not failing, its just not appearing in the logs, however for some reason it does find the record if I do a test in the ZAP.Anybody had a similar issue and resolved?TIA

Phone number can't be fixed by Formatter by Zapier

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.i run tiktok lead generation and leads (phone number and email) automatically imported to google sheet, unlike facebook lead ads, the phone number from tiktok lead generation always with hyphen, dash and bracket, so i use formatter by zapier try to clearn phone number before zapier send to google sheet. the example phone number is: +1 xxx-xxx-xxxxI tried text to replace with [^0-9+], it failed.i tried number to format phone number under transform to use E164 format, failed.i tried to format in google sheet, still, failed.does anyone have same issue? and how to fix it? it drives me crazy, below are the screenshot, thank you very much.

Zap is Triggering upon creation rather than upon publish

Hi. We use Humanitix as our ticket provider and we use Zapier to import the events to our Wordpress calendar for our website. For the last year, we’ve only been able to set it so that events “zap” upon CREATION of the event in Humanitix and not when the event is PUBLISHED on Humanitix. I don’t know if this is poor design, user error, or a bug but it’s insane and creates a huge amount of work for us. When an event is created it doesn’t have any details so the event “zaps” over to our website with no details and I have to go to wordpress and manually input them. Or, if I duplicate an event in Humanitix then the event “zaps” over to our website with the old event and, again, I have to go update them manually in wordpress.Why would anyone ever want an event “zapped” upon creation? I want it to “zap” when it’s published on Humanitix. Is there any way to change this or a plan to fix this or am I just going to have to abandon Zapier and Humanitix?

Image links from Dropbox keep breaking

Good morning, I have a Zap that automatically generates links in Google Sheets for images that are uploaded to Dropbox. When the links are first created, they seem to work fine and can be posted to Facebook + Google My Business in a separate Zap.However, the day after the links are generated, we receive errors when attempting to use them. Here’s the Zap that pastes the links in the sheet: Here are the errors that I’m receiving when attempting to open the images (usually a day later).  Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m not really sure where to go from here. Thanks!

Salesforce instance query issue: 'Organisation' vs 'Account' in form detail search

We want to find an account from a form detail, account name.  However, our instance of SF uses ‘Organisation’ for Account.When I construct the query it will only let me put ‘Organisation’ and it will only search with ‘Account’. How do I work around this?

Failed to create a contact in Freshsales Suite. The list you're looking for does not exist.

Hi! I have a couple of Zaps that try to assign a Freshsales Suite contact to a list, both of them fail with the reason:Failed to create a contact in Freshsales SuiteThe list you're looking for does not exist. Please choose correct listI notice in the UI there are two places that a list can be defined, but this one seems to be the most likely. I use the drop down to pick the correct list, but when testing it gives the error above.I’ve tried manually inserting the list ID and also have tried the other list entry in the UI (which doesn’t have a picker so I have tried both the name and the ID, neither work) Any help much appreciated.

Active Campaign Zap issue: Missing "Contact ID" for tagging in WooCommerce order

Hi everyone,I am new to Zapier and i hope you can help me:I want to create a ZAP, where a customer buys a product on my website.Then this customer should get a TAG in Active Campaign, that the product is bought. Order WooCommerce 2. Only continue if...line items contain product ID 3. Add Tag to contact in AC Number 3 is not working cos of the missing contact ID in the Action Step of AC. But i don´t know any contact ID. What ID do i have to put in there? Does anybody know by any chance? Thanx a lot, Stephanie

Youtube keeps failing with username with correct permission

I made a sucesful zap connection but when I test the youtube trigger, it doesn’t work. It seems not to recognize the username(My_username - please check below for more)  and the test keeps failing even though I upload videos on the youtube to test My_username is a google account with owner or manager right on the youtube account

The date is being converted to numbers when sending to Google Sheets

 I have a problem that the date information is not being sent correctly to my Google Sheets.Both with my CRM tool (Pipedrive) and with our KPI software (Perspective).The problem always occurs with date information.The date information is not adopted but is converted into arbitrary numbers and the date format no longer appears.Example: Date to be adopted by Zapier: 07/01/2024 - Zapier makes it 45474,64189.

Gravity Forms error: Malformed Base URL

All of a sudden I’m getting a “malformed Base URL” error when I try to reconnect a Gravity Forms connection which has been running for years.I’ve changed the REST API keys and everything I know - but still I can’t connect. I read this issue was common a few years back - buy why has this occurred again.I have tested my site for JSON access and now issues. I host with WP Engine - and there are no issues there. Any help or ideas appreciated.thanks
