Zap stopped transferring form submission info to TeamUp and Google Docs.

All of a sudden my zap has stopped putting my form submission information into TeamUp and quit putting the submission information into my google doc. It worked 2 hours ago (and has for over a year with no changes) and all of a sudden it shows “success” but nothing goes onto the TeamUp Calendar and the google doc shows this (picture) instead of the information submitted that should be included like above. Help!! It almost seems that Zapier is down :(

Hi guys,I have been struggling with extracting PDF from safety culture audit to be emailed as an attachment but the zap doesn’t email with PDF attachments.I believe I used all the right action items the order and with appropriate delays in between.

Zap not triggering when row is updated or changed

Hello!I have my Zap set to trigger when a row is changed or updated in Microsoft Excel. I have it linked to a specific file name and sheet. I will be replacing this file multiple times a day with the exact same file and sheet name, but new, same, or updated information. My boss is trying to have me run tests through Zapier to ensure it is working properly. yesterday, I ran into an issue where I updated the file, checked Zapier (which runs checks every 2 mins.). I waited for about 10 minutes and nothing happened. I waited until the file was synced in my OneDrive and still no changes. There were 33 new rows and I am not sure how many updates. It is not working and I am unsure why. I have tried to read up on this issue and cannot seem to find a solution. I reconfigured the destination for the file and still nothing… This Zap will need to be running a lot throughout the day as there will be a frequent amount of updates. Thank you for the help. I appreciate it!  Also getting this error when

Hi, my Zap which is supposed to automatically send a file to a dropbox is not working and not showing any zap history despite the fact that we successfully tested it. I would greatly appreciate some assistance.

Facebook Leads Ads to Mailchimp: "Email address is not valid" error

HI,I had a Facebook Leads Ads campaign set up. Initially, I wanted to send the leads to my Google Sheet, but it turned out to be impossible. So, I decided to skip that step and opted to send the leads to Mailchimp instead. The email address I'm trying to use is always the lead's email, and I've carefully reviewed everything.I recently noticed that there might be a mapping issue, which is causing me some trouble. No matter what changes I make, I keep receiving an error message saying that the email address is not valid. If anyone can help me with this issue before I decide to cancel my account, I would greatly appreciate it.

Image aspect ratio error when posting to Instagram from WordPress.

Hi,In the attached issue you can see that I am receiving an image aspect ration error when posting to Instagram for Business.  My flow is creating a post in instagram when a new post is published in Wordpress.  I need Zapier to change the image aspect ratio as part of the flow. It is not manageable for me to make changes manually each time this happens.  Is this possible in Zapier?  It would need to check the aspect ratio each time and change if required.

Cant connect conversion facebook with Stripe

Greetings community, I hope you are well. I'm trying to connect my pixel to stripe actions.I'll give you some context, we use Stripe as a payment platform for certain countries. The idea is that every time someone makes a payment that is recorded by Stripe, the pixel can capture that action.I admit that I have never used Zappier before (Platform we use to connect Stripe with the Facebook pixel), I was watching some videos on YouTube to understand how to link them, I did some things but they gave me some errors and I can't get the solution, could someone help me..? Please:D

My Zap is stuck at "delayed/waiting" during captioning via Dropbox.

I have been trying to automate the following: New video upload to Dropbox, send to Captions app for captioning, sent captioned video to dropbox output folder and then email me when this is complete. The zap always seems to get stuck at delayed/waiting during the captions phase.  Any help?

Sync from Google Calendar to Zoho Calendar - Time Format is Incorrect

I have a Zap setup to create a Zoho Calendar event anytime a new Google Calendar event is made. The time in Zoho is incorrect. Zoho is dropping the 1 in front of 18:00 and 19:00 and making it 8:00 and 9:00 see below:Both Calendars are on 12 hour timeHere are the run details:Google Calendar: start: dateTime: 2024-02-09T18:00:00-05:00Google Calendar end: dateTime: 2024-02-09T19:00:00-05:00Zoho Calendar: start: 20240209T080000-0500Zoho Calendar end: 20240209T090000-0500

Hello all!  I was wondering if I could get some help.  I created a zap that creates an asana project from a template when a case is opened in SalesForce.  It worked fine last week, and no edits were made to it.  Now, all of a sudden, it is throwing up an error:“Oops! An unexpected error occurred while processing this request. The input may have contained something the server did not know how to handle. “I checked my connection between Zapier and Asana, and even got rid of and recreated the connection.  Nothing has helped.  Any ideas?

Trouble Creating Memberpress to Salesforce Zap - Error Code 501

I am new to Zapier.  I have created a zap that triggers from the Wordpress plugin Memberpress and creates a contact record in Salesforce.  The zap is styled as an “upsert” meaning that a new record will be created only if an old one is not found, and if a record is found, it will be updated.  I have created the connections from Memberpress and to Salesforce.  I have tested them and they are working.  When I test the zap, I get this error: Failed to create a custom actions in SalesforceRaw request failed. Problem executing your request: Salesforce ran into an error. Error code 501: Not sure where to go from here.  Any help would be appreciated.

Instagram error: Raw request failed. Problem executing your request is undefined. An Unexpected error has occurred.

Has anyone successfully created a Zap using App Extentions (Beta) in Instagram? If so, we could really use some help here.Specifically, we need to auto-share the featured image and excerpt (caption) for new WordPress blog posts to our Instagram channel. I finally have the trigger and action steps configured with green checkmarks. However, when testing the zap now I get only the oh so helpful Unexpected Error message: Failed to create an app extensions in InstagramRaw request failed. Problem executing your request: undefined: An unexpected error has occurred. Please retry your request later. What is this undefined problem? 😕I have tried again later, and much later. I’ve turned the zap on and off. And, the “Troubleshoot via AI” feature is apparently only available for stopped zaps, not within the editor. However, when manually running the zap, no error is thrown. In fact, nothing seems to happen. I get the green check after Looking for posts, but no further action…Any suggestions are gr

OpenAI Whisper invalid_request_error

Hello community, I am trying to build a zap so once we have a new file on our Google Drive folder, OpenAI Whisper will transcribe it. However, I get invalid_request_error everytime I try. Here are more details:I tried both mp3 and mp4 files. Latest one I tried was an mp3 that is less than 1MB. My trigger is “New File in Drive”. I tried both Google Shared Drives both Google Drive. I have a OpenAI API and I have $10 in there. I tested the connection and it seems no issue. Hoping to find a solution. Thanks.

monday.com to Gmail Zap not sending emails on Column Value Change.

Hello,i hope someone can help meI'm trying to connect Monday with Gmail. Specifically, an email should be sent as soon as a column changes its value, which is the trigger. The test for this works.Subsequently, Gmail is targeted and pulls the email from Monday to then send a message to this email. In the test, this works well, but in practice not at all. In other words, I change the value of a column, but no email is sent.

Zap from outlook to chime is missing info

I have a zap set up so when a contact is added to outlook it is zapped to chime. I mapped several fields - name, email , phone etc. When it shows up in Chime it only has name. Why is it not caturing all of the info and bringing over?

Hello I have a zap that I have set to search for a tab in a google sheet by name. I search for multiple tabs in the zap and it returns all of them except for one specific tab. I’ve tried renaming the tab but for some reason it will return the tab.

Zoom Meetings are off by 2 hours for some users

We’ve had a Zap workflow working for years without issues. Lately, some users have reported that Zoom meetings that are created via a Zap are off by exactly 2 hours. Eg, the start time of the meeting is 2pm yet the meeting is Zoom starts at 4pm.We pull the start time from a field in Airtable that is a simple text field with a value like ‘2:00 PM’. Again, this has worked fine for years yet something has changed that is causing this and I’m struggling to figure it out.Any suggestions for things to try? Thanks if anyone has some ideas for me to explore.

Failed to create an enrollment in Thinkific: Error from halted execution

Hello,I’m having an issue when setting up a basic enrollment drip between courses.My issue seems to do with not having expiring dates on courses.When I go to test the step: Enroll User In Thinkific I keep getting the error message and see the expiry date as flagged as the source. Thanks in advance for the guidance.
