Hey there, @imdes! Thanks for reaching out in community - sorry to hear it’s not working as expected! We definitely want to help. 🙂

Hmm, which action step are you using for KvCore? Did this take place while testing the setup or while the zap was turned on for a live run? The reason I ask is if it was a live run we may be able to check your zap history for clues on what happened!

It that step shows as a success in the zap history, if you wouldn’t mind sharing a screenshot of your zap action setup (with any personal details removed) that would be super helpful.
