Freshsales error: Unable to load choices, we're having trouble loading 'Filter Name' data. JSON results array could not be located.

 In the screenshot bellow I am trying to use Freshsales classic but I see any examples pop-up.
I have checked freshsales and theire are filters I can use in freshsales, but not in zapier somehow.

Is it possible that this isse occurs when having the wrong account linkt to zapier. I don’t think I have linkt the wrong account I just thought may it is a possibility.

Does anyone now a possible work arround?

Try using a new/different private browser to connect your Freshsales app to Zapier.

I’ve had the same problem for the last few days whether it is with Freshsales Suite or Freshsales Classic’ app.
Other msg when the action selected is “new task”.
Tried on another browser, same stuff :/
