hello, I'm having problem with the integration between Facebook and Moskit

The message appears: This Facebook Conversions (for Business admins) step hit an error.

And at the bottom of the page it appears: You have not added enough customer parameter data for this event: This event has no customer information parameters or has too broad a combination of customer information parameters, which makes it less likely to .. .

Hi @Factor Comunicação!

I did a quick Google search for the error message you’re experiencing and found this resource: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/marketing-api/conversions-api/best-practices/#req-rec-params

If you read through this section, they cover which parameters are required and which ones are recommended.

 

Can you take a look at that and make sure you’re sending enough data to satisfy Facebook’s requirement and recommendations?
