Error Message Integrating with Zapier

Hello, 

I’m testing my Zap and keep getting the message “

 

Its the error: 

Failed to fetch a form entry from WPForms

Error while retrieving: JSON results array could not be located.

Troubleshoot error

 

Looking for help. Thanks.

-PS. I’ve already made sure the ‘ Disable storing entry information in WordPress’ is unselected. Not sure what else to do.

Good question.

Did you install the Zapier add-on for WPForms? https://wpforms.com/addons/zapier-addon/

Then, have you submitted a test Form to pull thru the example to use to configure your Zap steps? https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496310366093
