I’m having trouble pulling new wix forms to Zapier automations. I already saw other users having the same issue.
The thing is that Zapier doesn't find any of the new forms created in Wix, which is a major issue for Wix Managers. I already tried to manually write the new form ID: it didn’t work.
What can I do to fix this?
Thank you.

Hi folks, just following up here to share that the bug report was since closed! 😁 🎉
@SamB We are facing this same scenario, however, the workaround @Troy Tessalone proposed, is a catch 22 for our use case!
Unfortunately, the Wix platform does not reliably send webhooks in our experience. That’s a significant issue to the point we are considering migration from their platform as this issue is impacting the top of our sales funnel, so everything down stream is impacted! After numerous Wix support tickets the issue is still not resolved.
As a workaround we are hoping to use Zapier to essentially mimic what Wix should be doing by listening for when “Wix Forms” are submitted (the trigger in Step 1) and then consistently sending “Webhooks by Zapier” (the action in Step 2) to relay the form data in our endpoint.
However, I don’t see any of our Wix (newer style) forms listed either in our Zap.
We do however receive the Wix emails consistently, so perhaps we could use a Zap to parse the email contents and assemble a JSON payload to send in a webhook. That’s just unnecessarily complex as we essentially can get the form data as JSON, but would instead be transforming it to email, they transform it from email text back JSON.
I don’t want to hijack @Gerir Saí thread … lemme know if it makes sense to discuss this via another channel!
I suppose the question comes down to whether Zapier will support newer Wix Forms as triggering event?
I did some digging into this, and it seems like the issue you’re running into where the new forms not available to select in the Zap is a known bug in the Wix app. Our team is aware of the issue and we're working with Wix on a fix. I've added your email address as another affected user. That does a few things:
Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
Help track and prioritize fixes
Allows us to notify you via email if/when this is fixed
Unfortunately, I do not have an ETA, but I’ve added you to the list of users affected by this issue so we can let you know as soon as we have any updates.
We sincerely apologize, but we can't provide any ETA for this since all requests are being forwarded to the App developers, and they will give us an update once it is completed or any development with the request. Hence, I added you to the list of affected members.
