How to set up a Zap in Zapier to detect new or updated rows in an MSSQL table

Hi,

Sorry if these are sill questions, but while in my trail phase, I have linked an SQL server (TESTInstance) and my TEAM accounts and I am trying to get a chat message to happen when Zappier see a row added to amended in a certain table (MyUsers) ( it is looking at a specific column (Hash) which changes when a row is added or a user updates information) . Zappier tests work, but when I do an actual change to an existing (dummy) user, nothing happens. Polling is set to 2 . I know that changes has happened as a) I did it, b) I can see the details in HASH has changes. Could someone  advise what I am doing incorrectly ?

Here are the screenshots, thank you :-) so when a change is made, this hash column / cell for the effected row changes.

Have you tried testing with your Zap turned ON?

Check your Zap Runs history for activity and to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Hi, yes, sorry, Forgot to amend the Ticket.  Basically, the table I was trying to use doesn’t have a DateTime column.
