Zap test working from Squarespace to Hubspot, Zap run shows successful, but fields are showing up empty in Hubspot

I’ve used zapier successfully before between squarespace and chime, and squarespace and pipedrive.

We just moved over to Hubspot and I’ve set up all of my zaps from Squarespace as I’ve had them before.

The Zap tests work perfectly with all mapped fields working in creation of a new contact. However, when I test the form myself through Squarespace, a contat is created through the zap but 99% of the information that is mapped is missing in Hubspot.

I’ve reviewed the zap run which shows successful on Zapier’s side. I’ve reviewed the data in and data out but to be honest I don’t know what I’m really looking at. What could be going on?

I’ve reached out to Hubspot who only provided the following information:

“What you're seeing here is the origin source of the record, which is Zapier, and this can be also confirmed in the frontend by checking the contact's property history in this link.

You can see that the source also says "Zapier". I tried to check the integration settings, but this integration is provided by Zapier so we are unable to retrieve that information. You need to get in touch with their support and ask them how to prevent this from happening. “

Please help!

Hi @MukulL,

Welcome to the Community.

If your Squarespace to HubSpot Zap tests work but live runs miss information, check your field mapping, test with different data, and ensure all required HubSpot fields are filled. Reconnecting both apps in Zapier may help. If the issue persists, contact Zapier Support for further assistance.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any questions.
