Meta Lead Forms Not Delivering to email

Meta Lead Ads are not delivering to email outbound - this has worked in the past - just dont seem to be delivering by email.

All data being picked up via meta form - not delivering via email.

Is there an easy fix?

Which email app is being used?

Post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

Check your Zap Runs history for details to troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Thanks for the response. The new email app is being used and not legacy.

Yes ive already checked history and for some reason not running.

When I test it it send as it should. Just not working with live leads.

Check your Zap Runs history for activity: https://zapier.com/app/history/

If there are no Zap Runs activity history, then that means an issue with FB Lead Ads or how the Zap trigger step is configured.

If there is Zap Run activity history but the emails are not being sent or delivered, then that may be related to the limits of using Email by Zapier Zap app or emails possibly getting marked as junk/spam.

I recommend using your own email via Gmail/Outlook Zap app integrations.

Just came across this and saw that you also reached out to our Support team. I’m not sure if it’s been resolved, but I wanted to share their latest suggestion here in case it helps anyone else with a similar issue:

“In this case, the app that needs to be installed is called "Zapier", just like that. Go here: https://business.facebook.com/settings/leads-accesses/ as the Facebook Page Owner or Business Manager and assign the “Zapier” app (not “Zapier Inc.”) as a CRM (1) or otherwise click on “Restore default access” > confirm (and not click on “Customize” after (2).
 
Facebook Lead Ads permissions and set-up can be extensive and tricky to navigate. Here is a guide with screenshots to help you along:
