Hi @Bricksandmore,

We apologize if you're having trouble attaching a PDF from Google Drive to an email. The error message you're receiving indicates that the URL you're using to link to the PDF can't be found.

Here are a few things you can try:

Check the Sharing Settings of the File: Make sure that the PDF you're trying to attach is set to be accessible by anyone with the link. If the file is private or restricted to specific users, Zapier may be unable to access it.

Verify the File ID: Ensure the FileID you use in the URL is correct. You can find the FileID in the URL when you open the file in Google Drive. It should be a long string of letters and numbers.

Use the Correct URL Format: The correct format for the URL should be https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id=YOURFILEID. Replace YOURFILEID with the actual FileID of your PDF.

Test the URL: Try opening your URL in a new browser tab. If the file downloads correctly, the URL should be correct.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any questions.
