I run all my business support through a discord ticket bot. Every time someone needs support they open a ticket and it creates a new channel on discord. What I am trying to do is that everytime that their ticket number pops up on our google sheet it will send them a messege saying we are looking into their issue automatically. Problemi is, everytime I try that the discord bot does not recognize the discord bot.

This is the error I get on Zapier. It cannot find the field despite me giving it all the permissions to edit and access the ticket. What am I doing wrong?
