Creating or updating contacts with info from Apollo to Zoho CRM - Unable to upsert entry in module: Contacts. Error : invalid data

I am trying to connect Apollo with Zoho CRM to create or update a new contact. Yesterday I was getting the error message relating to the phone field. (the first 2 screenshots relate to this error). I added the Formatter by Zapier to the Zap as suggested in the troubleshoot, see the flow in the screenshots. Now I am still getting the error message ‘Failed to create a module entry in Zoho CRM
Unable to upsert entry in module: Contacts. Error : invalid data” 

However, I am not getting any explanation as to why, and I am unsure why or how I can stop this from happening. Both Apollo and Zoho CRM are connected, all the required fields for contacts within the CRM are being populated by the Zap. Any advice, please?

The error you're encountering when creating or updating contacts in Zoho CRM from Apollo via Zapier is likely due to data that Zoho CRM can't accept. To resolve this, check that your field mappings match Zoho CRM's expected format, remove any special characters, and ensure phone numbers are formatted correctly. Use the Formatter step for phone number formatting, and test each field individually to identify the problem.
