Service Titan to Monday.com issue: Unable to connect in Zapier

Hi Everyone,

 

I am new to zappier and I want to ask help about integration from Service Titan to Modnay.com

At first we were able to connect our service titan account to zappier. but it disconnected and I cant connect it anymore due to error. I am adding the correct api credentials but it wont allow me to connect. I really want to try it first before we pay for the upgraded one in zappier. 

 

Do you think its because I dint pay for the upgrade one or am I doing something wrong?

The {"error": "invalid_client"} error in Zapier indicates an issue with your ServiceTitan API credentials. Ensure you're using the correct API Key and Secret, recreate the connection in Zapier, and check for updates on both platforms.

that's what I'm doing actually, I am putting the correct API details but its still wont allow me to connect our ST to Zappier.

Please also check for firewalls or security settings that might block the connection and try using a different network. If issues persist, contact the ServiceTitant support team for further assistance. Be cautious of extra spaces or characters when entering API details.
