On Friday, Stan Store are removing their direct connection to Mailchimp. So I’m trying to set up Zapier to connect. I’m new to all this! Everything seems to be set up OK (when a new customer purchases from Stan Store it’s set to add to a specific audience in Mailchimp) but it’s just not working. Any common mistakes I might be making? I’m not getting an errors or missing field alerts from Zapier so I’m confused. Thanks

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings.
+6Also, are you *only* trying to add people to a list after a purchase, or are you trying to create a custom e-commerce integration that tracks customer purchases, amounts, items, and calculates LTV?
If it’s this one, it’s quite a bit more complicated and has to be done via their API and also requires a product feed.

Suppose your Zap connecting Stan Store to Mailchimp isn't working; ensure the trigger is set to detect new purchases. In that case, actions are appropriately mapped to Mailchimp fields, and both accounts are correctly connected. Verify that the data format matches Mailchimp's requirements, that audience settings allow new members, and that the Zap is turned on. A screenshot will also help us identify the issue. Thanks everyone. Yes, I’m literally just wanting new Stan customers email address to transfer over to a mailchimp list after purchase.

I've reviewed the screenshots, and it doesn't appear that there is an issue with the setup. Could you please try creating a new customer in Stan? After doing so, please wait for 15 minutes for the Zap to trigger, as the "New Customer" trigger operates on a polling basis.
