Email doesn't send with the filter by zapier


Hello,

I need some assistance with my Zap setup.

  1. Trigger: Google Sheets - New or Updated Spreadsheet Row
  2. Filter: Zapier - Filter Conditions (if the column contains the text “approve”)
  3. Action: MSO - 365

The test ran successfully, but now when there are new updates, it doesn't send an email anymore.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please share screenshots of your action steps in the “Configure” section that shows all of its fields.
