Zap test works but not live (Google Sheets to Brevo)

I have a zap where a new Google Sheets row (trigger) results in a new contact added to Brevo.

The test is working fine, but in the real scenario it’s not working.

I checked the Zap history, and only one zap shows (from when I did a manual data transfer).

Help?

I’d recommend using Airtable instead of GSheets: https://zapier.com/apps/airtable/integrations#triggers-and-actions
