Zapier - Invision Connection Error Help!!

Im trying to integrate zapier in to my invision site but i get this error on the forum when trying to access the integration: "Zapier needs to use the REST API to communicate with your community, but there is currently an issue with your REST API setup. Visit the REST & OAuth page to learn more and fix this issue."

and then this error while trying to connect to the forum from zapier: "authentication failed: The app returned "2S290/6".

Make sure you click "Allow" or "Accept" on the permission popup
Double check your Account has the correct permissions

Thanks for giving that a try @spalmerlrp.

I did some digging into this, and it seems like you’re running into a known bug with InvisionCommunity. Our team is aware of the issue and we're working with InvisionCommunity on a fix. I've added your email address as another affected user. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track and prioritize fixes
  • Allows us to notify you via email if/when this is fixed

Unfortunately, I do not have an ETA, but I’ve added you to the list of users affected by this issue so we can let you know as soon as we have any updates.

In the meantime, you can stay in the loop/follow along with updates on the main thread here:
