Zapier integration with LandBot doesn't work


I have two Landbot Bots, both are using the Zapier integration.

When creating a Zap to get data out from Landbot and writing them into a goggle sheet, Zapier always connects to the wrong block and fetches the wrong data. I refreshed the IDs more than once but nothing happens.

Hi Troy,

After sending my request, I tried to switch ON/OFF the Landbot-Bot several times. And after doing so, it then worked. Don’t ask me why, but it works and that’s fine.

Hi @Smorg 

Perhaps try using a new/different private browser to connect and configure the Zap.

Hi @Smorg,

It's great that your Zap is up and running smoothly now! The Landbot may have caused the issue, but restarting the client usually fixes it.
