My Microsoft Outlook account in Zapier keeps disconnecting.

Hi everyone, 

We are having the same issue. We need to connect a shared mailbox to send emails to Facebook leads:
 

I’ve connected my nominal Outlook account that has access to the shared mailbox, but it asks each time to reconnect. 

Is there any solution?
