Question

The Zap is sending empty data when connecting Zoom to Airtable.

Hello. When using Zoom- New Meting Registrant, I need to pass data to Airtable. But Zapier is passing empty fields. I can't figure out what the problem is. Thank you

We would need to see screenshots with how your Airtable Zap step is configured to have context.

Check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you trace the data flow and troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/

We would need to see screenshots with examples.

Hi @Troy Tessalone. Sorry for the long response.  I looked at Zap History and everything seems to be working. 
Only Zap fills one field with empty information and fills in the participant's data in the other field. (I will attach a screenshot below)

In Airtable, check the record level revision history to help you troubleshoot: https://support.airtable.com/docs/record-level-revision-history-overview

You can use the Record ID to troubleshoot specific records in Zap Runs:
