Zap can't find my record in Airtable (looking in multiple fields)

i’m using the “Find Record” action for Airtable in my Zap, and i want it to look in 2 different Airtable fields, Personal email & Work email to find the person i send the email to.

here’s my search formula configuration:

but it can’t find the person who already has that email address (i blanked out the actual email address for privacy). what am i doing wrong? thanks!

You need to remove these static values.
