Just recently my Zap that pulls a WordPress listing and posts an image to Instagram stopped working and Iam getting this error message. Yes, I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps.

Check that the media file being retrieved is publicly accessible.

If you are manually testing the Zap steps make sure to refresh the Zap trigger example being used to test the Zap actions.

Can you post a screenshot with how your Zap step ‘Action’ section is configured to give us full context?
