Trouble connecting Searchie app on Zapier: Keeping getting an "Auth expired" error message.

Forum|alt.badge.img+1

I have been trying to connect our Searchie app and it keeps giving me an error message stating that the auth has expired. So I’ve tried reconnecting it and then deleting it from the apps section, but it keeps giving me an error message. I’ve also double checked the login credentials for Searchie and they are correct. So not sure what to try next. Here is a short video I did of the issue I’m having. https://app.screencast.com/WkJNRA3rrjvUS

You can close this request for help. I found out that another account we had which wasn’t being used had the Searchie app connected in it. But once we removed the app from that account, we were able to connect it in our current account.

Hi Troy,

I just tried using an incognito browser to connect our Searchie app and I still experienced the same issue. It will connect the app, but when I go into the zap to add the app as an action, I get this message: https://app.screencast.com/4osQsSahLH6jt

Try reaching out to Searchie Support for help with their Zap app integration.
