I have tried everything. In ads manager facebook doesn’t give me an option to add zapier as a CRM. I don’t know if that’s necessary, but it just gives me an error everytime I try and start a lead form zap and wont allow me to choose forms. The form I want to choose is from a currently turned off facebook ad, that I will turn back on once I have this going. I want to have zap give me a text and an email everytime I get a new lead on facebook so I can respond right away. I just can’t seem to get there. About to give up completely :( seems impossible. I have spent over 15 hours trying to figure this out.

Yeah I did no response yet sadly their support seems nonexistent which is worrying me. Seems like if I’m having this problem, people would be giving up left and right using this software. I am rather tech savvy and can’t get anywhere with it.

Facebook Lead Ads is notoriously tricky to use in Zaps due to the complexities of the permissions and settings that have to be configured in Facebook.
