How do I fix: "While requesting "dev_file" from SafetyCulture we ran into an error: The app returned "None"."

Trying to automate: Getting a relevant work cert, saving it as a PDF and exporting that PDF into a OneDrive file for a client.

 

But the error message i’m getting is: 

 

While requesting "dev_file" from SafetyCulture we ran into an error: The app returned "None".

 

The website we use for our reports is SafetyCulture who’ve said they don’t know what the “Dev_File” is.
