Teamtailor 401 error: authentication failed: The app returned "Request failed with status 401".

Teamtailor says everything is fine on their end with the API, but when I try to connect my Teamtailor account, I get the following: 

We hit an error adding your new account

authentication failed: The app returned "Request failed with status 401".

  1. Make sure you click "Allow" or "Accept" on the permission popup
  2. Double check your Account has the correct permissions
  3. Check out our help docs for more information

I am the owner and admin of the account and Zapier API is set to admin read/write. 

Please help!

Hi Ken, I’ve already read it and in my TT test account it worked beautifully. I’ve even deleted all my old data from Zapier, incase it was picking up my old account and cleared my browsers as well.

Could you please send a screenshot of your API keys settings? Please blur out the API key itself, I just want to double check if the right settings are selected.
