Hmm @Uptrend are you attempting to log in using API? 

From our internal notes regarding a user trying to login and authenticate using their username and password, I can see the following tip:

To authenticate with API, you can't use your user's login password. You have to go to Settings > integration and scroll down to "Zapier" and click on "show" button to see your zapier login password.

Yep I am logging in with the zapier API from my lemlist integration page...

Yes I have and it does not work. I have tried everything online and also I have tried things that Lemlist have told me to try. Non of it works unfortunately

I am jumping in here to see if I can help!

I tried connecting lemlist on my end and got the same error. That said, I fixed the error by verifying my lemlist account first and then connecting lemlist to Zapier. Like so:

1. Generate a new API key:

2. Copy the generated login credential:
   
   (view larger)
    
3. Paste the generated login and the newly generated API key:
   
   (view larger)
