I am trying to connect our Jotform to Google calendar, after mapping the necessary fields, especially the check in and check out time, i still get an error message.

Here’s a handy reference guide on inputting dates/times along with formats Zaps will understand. I’m thinking you could use “at 10am” or “10am” vs “by 10am”.

I’m sorry that you’re still having some trouble this Zap. Could you please try entering the time without ‘at’ or ‘by’? So, the Start and End Date time just have a date, a space and then ‘10am’ or ‘3pm’.
If that doesn’t work, could you share a screenshot showing all of the information in that action step so we can see the different fields, in case there’s something there that’s causing the trouble.
