Marketo Static error: "Unable to load choices"

Hi All,

We are trying to add a lead to  Marketo Static list and when trying to configure the zap, we are seeing the below error when fetching the static list information.

 

“Unable to load choices
We're having trouble loading 'List' data. The app returned `{"message":"{\"requestId\":\"d732#1849ff08157\",\"success\":false,\"errors\":[{\"code\":\"606\",\"message\":\"Max rate limit '100' exceeded with in '20' secs\"}]}"} What happened: Executing triggers.fetch_lead_lists.operation.perform with bundle {"message":"{\"requestId\":\"d732#1849ff08157\",\"success\":false,\"errors\":[{\"code\":\"606\",\"message\":\"Max rate limit '100' exceeded with in '20' secs\"}]}"} Console logs: ` as error, which we cannot read.”

 

Can we limit the number of lists fetched.

I can’t see any known issues with the Marketo integration that match what you’ve described so Troy is right that in this case it would be best to contact the Zapier support team. They can take a closer look at the Zap’s logs to get to the bottom of things.
