Moh’s right that the error is happening because there isn’t an email address being passed to the MailChimp step.
Looking at the Data out that you shared, it looks like the email and name fields weren’t there at all:
When you see something like {{123456789__name__field_name}} in the Zap run history, that means that the field that the Zap was looking for didn’t exist when the Zap ran. This kind of thing can happen if a field name has been changed since the Zap was created. I’d recommend finding a new test sample that represents the kind of information coming from ClickFunnels (ie it has all the fields that you need) and re-mapping the email and name fields in the MailChimp step.
