Capsule CRM error: Failed to create a contact in Capsule CRM; the app returned "contact qouta exceeded"


I am new to zapier and working to connect a google form to capsuleCRM. I would like to add a contact in capsule with each new response to the google form. I am getting this error each time I try. Any ideas as to how to resolve?

Hey there, @kcherne! Thanks for reaching out - great question!

Hmm, it sounds like we might be coming across a plan limitation for contacts. Are you familiar with the type of Capsule plan you have? Depending on the plan it sounds like there’s a limit to how many contacts are allowed.

If that doesn’t sound right, it might be worth checking out some of the documentation Capsule created for the Zapier integration!

I was assuming it had something to do with Zapier but it was actually on the Capsule side. Updating our plan solved the error. Thanks!
