Hello,

I would like to send to Hellosign new files (googleDocs format) arriving in a drive folder, but I always have the same error message :

“The signature request could not be sent to HelloSign.

The app returned "Invalid URI. Make sure you have the correct URI and HTTP method.".

Do you know how to resolve it ? Have I to create a template ?

Hi there @AKU - sorry to hear you’re having a bit of trouble with HelloSign.

I am assuming you may be running into this problem while building the Zap, and if so I have linked here a Common Problem help doc which may give you some info that can get you sorted: https://zapier.com/help/doc/common-problems-hellosign - the key here is that you do need an API account for Zapier to work with HelloSign.

If you still require assistance in setting up this Zap, give a shout in the thread and I’m happy to keep troubleshooting with you.
