Question

Webflow Multi-Reference Patch Setup

Hi all,

I’m trying to upload multi-reference items to a field in Webflow but have hit a road block and get the following error:

Failed to create a request in Webhooks by Zapier

The app returned "ValidationError: Provided ID is invalid".

I’ve attached screenshots of what I’ve done so far, as well as the multi-reference field setup in Webflow. I’m not well experienced with this at all so would really appreciate some help!

Thanks,

Jacob

@jacobsjobs
Try removing the square brackets from your url..

https://developers.webflow.com/#patch-collection-item

It should just be

:BASE_URL/collections/:collection_id/items/:item_id

@jacobsjobs

you also do not need the square brackets in the Authorization header.

Try creating a new multi-reference field in webflow @Micheal @waqas. When I just made a new multi-reference field this issue corrected itself.
