Question

The app returned "Expecting property name enclosed in double quotes: line 1 column 2 (char 1)"

I’m getting the below error on just a handful of tasks and can not figure out why. The tasks have not been edited in over 6 months and these errors just started to happen in the last two days.

I’ve tried troubleshooting, I’ve tried re-running the task, I’ve tried checking for spaces in the URL, with no luck.

The app returned "Expecting property name enclosed in double quotes: line 1 column 2 (char 1)"

Thank you, when I set the data pass-through to false and re-tested it the tasks seems successful, see screenshot attached.

However, when I look at the list of zaps that have stopped/errored the same amount of them are still there. I clicked on a few of them to make sure that the setting was set to false and it is. Do I need to re-run these? Is there a mass way to update them?

I tried mass running them again and still see that they error out.

That article is not helpful for this issue. I followed all the steps. Do you have any other suggestions?

@Simoneau

Check the Zap Runs history details for the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step to help with the troubleshooting.
