Hi. I am wondering if there is a way to check against google calendar my availability. So that if the date/time they entered into a form already had an event it could show that we are booked that day/time.

@Jesse_M You might have better luck trying a scheduling app (eg Calendly) that can manage appointments. The good thing about that is that there are lots that integrate with Zapier, so you can use a new scheduled appointment to trigger other workflows.

From experience trying this for a client - it's not possible with Zapier, sadly.
