Anyway to speak to a human at Zapier???

I'm trying to upgrade my account from a free account to a starter account. I keep getting an error:

Screen Shot 2020-01-29 at 7.44.52 AM.pngI've tried two different payment methods and waited now two hours before trying again. I want to get some things going today and am dead in the water until I can figure out why they won't take my payment. Ideas?

I'm really sorry that you had an issue trying to upgrade your account! The issue that we had with payments has now been fixed, so you should be good to go. Let us know if you keep having trouble and I'll pass this directly to the Support Team.
