Zoho Mail > Airtable Zap not matching search

I have a Zap set up to transfer specific emails from Zoho Mail to Airtable with a matching search of “from:noreply@company.com”, but the search term is not being applied and all emails are triggering and being sent to airtable.

The zap works correctly in every respect except for the search filter

Any ideas why the search is not being applied?

Hi @Mr-J,

I took a look at that trigger and I see this in the help text:

It seems to be different than what you mentioned in your first message: “from:noreply@company.com”

Can you try changing the format of that search value to see if it works?

Thanks very much.

I had already tried “sender:” but could not get it to work before.

But, I gave it another go and noticed that the company sending the email use “nonreply” instead of “noreply”.  Corrected that in my search and it seems to work perfectly now.

“from:” must not be a standard search field in Zoho.  I find that strange, but at least I know now.
