Unable to get the owner in Slack despite having the Slack owner ID from HubSpot.

I am unable to get the owner in slack message. 

 

In spite i am getting slack owner id

Hi @Rahul_007 

You will need to use a look up step to find the owner using their id 

Hubspot has an action called “Get Owner by ID”. Alternatively, you can probably figure out a Hubspot automation to add the Deal Owner name as a field on the Deal.
