How do I send Xero invoices to Airtable without using Google Sheets as an intermediary for line items?

Hey guys,

I currently zap new invoices to google sheets in a line item format and then from google sheets to airtable.

I tried using the Utilities action to do it, but it is only sending the first line item on the invoice to airtable. Does anyone know a way I can just send it straight to Airtable or do I need to continue using google sheets as intermediary?

Hi @mari

Good question.

The Looping app can be used to handle line items: https://zapier.com/apps/looping/help

Help article about using line items in Zaps: https://zapier.com/help/create/basics/use-line-items-in-zaps

Hey @Troy Tessalone

I have tried that, but it’s not working properly. It’s only creating the record for the first loop (first line item)
