Woocommerce / Zoom Webinar registrant for webinar orders

Hello everyone!

at the moment we are doing some tests with Zapier and it seems to be very helpful for us. We have a WooCommerce Store with different kind of products (Webinars, Magazins, Tickets) and we want to make a automation which creates for webinar orders a zoom webinar registration.

The Problem is that we have different webinar products and different zoom webinar sessions. With the standard zap I am only able to registrate all orders at one webinar wich I have defined in the Zap as the default zoom webinar.

Thanks for any advice or help!

Hi @oa_jan 

Try adding a Filter step to the Zap and use a different Zap for each Webinar.
