Zap not triggering for new tagged contacts in Systeme.io

My zap is :

systeme.io new contact (optin) and i tried with new tag added too

To

AWeber new subscriber

It correctly works in test mod, but on organic mod, when i try a “fake” registration, nothing happen
Nothing appear in zap history and nothing in my subscriber list in AWeber. 

 

I really don't understand

Just to follow up on this one, it looks as though our Support team were able to identify an issue with the New Tag Added Systeme.io trigger not functioning as expected. A bug report has been opened to investigate this further.

For anyone that’s potentially running into the same issue, please reach out to the Support team via the Get Help form. They’ll be able to dig into the Zaps on your account to confirm whether you’re being affected by the same issue and get your details added to the report.

Make sure your Zap is turned ON.

Check your app connections are authenticated here: https://zapier.com/app/connections

Yes it is on of course… 
And yes my app is connected too. 

I already make a ticket for support … I am waiting
