Getting a “Not Acceptable” error when attempting to turn on productive.io Zap

Hi,
I’m trying to connect zapier with productive.io and slack. I manage to connect them and test went well. but I can’t turn zap on I got this message everytime.

Just to circle back on this one, it looks like @SJW reached out to Support and they were able to help identify that the error was caused by the connected Productive.io account only having “read-only" access.

 

For anyone else that is also seeing this “Not Acceptable” error, you’ll want to check that the Productive.io account you’re connecting to has full Admin permissions. You can find a breakdown of each role and it’s permissions in Productive.io here: Permissions by Role
