Google Sheets- detect and batch new rows

I have a zap which triggers when a new row is added to a google worksheet and I only want it to run at certain times before turning it off.

When I turn the zap back on is it possible to make the zap detect when a new row or rows have been added and then to run thru them all like a batch process until it gets to the end of the worksheet?

Thanks
